Main-Menu Navigation

The main menu has new top-level page navigation and includes a search feature that is specific to the OSP website.

In order to access the landing page for each main page, click on the page name from the main navigation bar and then click on the image from the drop-down. You may also access each subpage via the main menu drop-down.

Each landing page has icon navigation to go to a subpage that mirrors the links available in the main menu drop-down.

Quick Info

The Quick Info menu provides key Institutional information and quick access links to our most used systems and pages.

Tabs & Accordions

Tab and accordions are used throughout the site. Tabs that are selected will have a blue background and accordions have a directional arrow to indicate if that section is open or closed.

Filter

Most of our tables are navigable via a filter for each section within the table. Click on the drop-down arrow to see all sections within that table and click on the selection to view it.

Back to Top

All pages have a Back to Top button that you can click to return to the top of the page.

News & Newsletters

All OSP news posts published prior to December 2023 will be available on the News Archive tab. You may filter posts by year and search key words as well.

Proposal, Award and Financial Pages

All three of these pages have the same layout with content that is specific to that phase of the Award Lifecycle.

Each will have a link to the Award Lifecycle information for that phase as well as all related compliance, guidance, FAQs, forms and training. The full Award Lifecycle content is available on the Training & Events page.

Operating Standards & Procedures

All Operating Standards & Procedures are now a subpage of Compliance.

Guidance and FAQs

All Guidance & FAQs roll into one easy to use page via Resources and can be viewed by related topic.

Forms

All Forms roll into one easy to use page via Resources as well. Forms are in a table that can be filtered based on topic and now contain the version date in the table.

Training

Training information referenced on all pages roll into the OSP Training page and are organized by category of the Award Lifecycle.

Contracting & Core Facilities Pages

The Contracting and Core Facilities are now their own pages and differ in layout from Proposal, Award, and Financial, but also have content that rollup to the Resources and Training pages as well.
