iLab

iLab opens in a new tab provides core facilities with a one-stop-shop platform for services, requests, scheduling, and billing. Each core facility has its own iLab site which is customizable to meet the requirements, services, schedules, and customer base of each core. iLab interfaces directly with ConnectCarolina, so billing and invoicing for internal customers is as easy as a few clicks of the mouse.

iLab features include a scheduling component with the ability to set access levels and track actual usage vs. scheduled usage, dynamic reporting capabilities for better management within the core, automated billing from orders, and tracking of subsidies and multi-level pricing.
