Safe & Inclusive Work Environment Plan Review Form

Prior to submitting Safe and Inclusive Work Environments Plans to the granting agency, you must use this form to submit a draft plan with a copy of the sponsor’s guidelines to the Office Sponsored Programs (OSP) and the Equal Opportunity and Compliance Office (EOC) for review. Drafts must be submitted for review five (5) business days prior to the deadline for the grant submission. Any deviations from the UNC-CH Safe and Inclusive Work Environments Plan Guidance must be submitted ten (10) business days prior to the deadline for the grant submission.
