The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) has made the following updates on OSP Forms and the Information Sheet. A reminder on OSP Forms, please ensure you are using the most updated version of the form on the OSP website.
Updates to OSP Forms
Budget Revision & Prior Approval Request
- Added ConnectCarolina budget account code 559540 – P-Card Advance
Cash Advance Request
- Removed Department Contact signature requirement
- Non-Sponsored Chartfield is optional if the Department’s default/suspense account listed in the form can be used
- OSP Only: Fixed a bug in the RT ID field
P-Card & Tango Request
- Removed Department Contact signature requirement
- Non-Sponsored Chartfield is optional if the Department’s default/suspense account listed in the form can be used
Updates to Information Sheet
- Federalwide Assurance for the Protection of Human Subjects – expires 02/12/2029
- UNC Annual Comprehensive Financial Report – Fiscal Year 2023 is available
- UNC Financial Statement Audit – Fiscal Year 2023 is available
- Certification of Liability Coverage and Tort Letter – revised 02/19/2024
