Effective today, the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is pleased to announce our new website is now available at osp.unc.edu.
Redirects from our existing website are in place for limited pages. Please be sure to update your bookmarks to the new site as all URLs have changed.
The new website was designed to improve accessibility and transparency of information, provide new resources, and most important, be user-friendly. For more information and tips on navigating it, please review OSP’s New Website User Guidance.
New Navigation Menu
The main menu has changed with new top-level page navigation and includes a search feature that is specific to the OSP website. Below is a brief summary of each main page.
Home Page
Provides excerpts of the most recent news posts, quick access links to OSP’s business unit pages, most-visited pages and systems, as well as detailed information for upcoming events.
About
Provides OSP’s mission statement, news archive, business units and directory, and a new organizational chart feature.
Proposal, Award, and Financial
These pages all have the same layout and contain information specific to that phase of the award lifecycle, including associated compliance requirements, guidance, FAQs, forms, and training.
Contracting
Provides guidance for the Industry, Non-Industry, and Outgoing Subagreement processes.
Compliance
Provides a roll-up of all OSP Operating Standards & Procedures, related UNC and external policies and compliance offices.
Core Facilities
Provides information about Research Service Cores at UNC, including associated processes, forms, and guidance.
Resources
Provides a roll-up of all forms, guidance, FAQs, and operating standards & procedures listed on other pages of the website.
Training & Events
Provides information on all training and events available from OSP and those listed on other pages of the website and includes links for other relevant UNC and external training.
Quick Info
Provides quick access to links and key information available on the website.
Important Note on Forms
All forms used for OSP and sponsored programs purposes are available in the Forms subpage of Resources. Please note that when applicable, the form’s updated date is now included on the website. Please ensure you are always using the most updated form. Guidance on downloading OSP’s fillable forms is also available on the Adobe Guidance page.
