During the summer months, May through August, the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) experiences an increased volume of ePARs, most of which are related to summer salary payments. To make sure that employees receive payments on time, please ensure that all requests are awaiting OSP approval by the June 2024 EHRA School/Division ePAR approval deadline of June 12, 2024, at Noon.
ePAR changes and Reminders
This Payroll Services memo 
outlines recent changes to the Summer Salary Calculator :
- Summer Salary ePARs should be created using the new Summer Salary Calculator moving forward.
- It is now mandatory to attach the Summer Salary Calculator to newly created Summer Salary ePARs.
- ePARs currently in the approval process do not need to be updated to use the new version of the Summer Salary Calculator.
